Architectural Request
For an architectural request, please note that two forms are required. Both must be submitted to JC Property Services, Inc.

The first form will be routed to the ECM1 Architectural Committee for approval. The second is a universal form for the property manager's records; please note that all options on this second form may not be applicable to ECM residents.
