ECM1 & ECM2

​The English Country Manor (ECM) condo community is comprised of two phases: ECM Phase 1 (ECM1) and ECM Phase 2 (ECM2). Each phase is governed by its own board of directors and managed by separate property management companies. ​To read more about each phase, please browse their respective pages via the header navigation menu on this website.

Pet Policy

Prospective buyers should review the Pet Policy in detail before purchasing a property in the community as these rules may be enforced at any time. 

Garage Units

​The sale of a condo unit in ECM do not automatically include a garage, which are deeded separately. Garage owners will sometimes elect to sell their garage independently of the condo unit. Therefore, buyers should not assume that a garage is included in the sale of an ECM property unless explicitly stated in the listing description.
