Asphalt repaving at the entrance to the community and around the circle in front of the Manor House is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 27, 2026. The project is expected to take approximately five days, weather permitting.
In addition, the parking spaces off the traffic circle on the side of 200–202 Thames Way, as well as the parking spaces on Squire Lane on the far side of the parking lot across from the Manor House, will also be repaved. We ask that no one park in these spaces while the contractor is working in these areas. During this time, traffic entering and exiting the community will be impacted. Please remain vigilant and follow any directional signage or instructions from onsite personnel to help ensure everyone’s safety and minimize disruptions. A map outlining the affected areas is below. Thank you for your patience and cooperation while this project is completed. Dear Residents,
